How do I watch the event?1.
Great question! TLMC itself does not host any events on its platform, we are merely a sort of online directory club which connects Events, Event Managers and Event Attendees or Spectators, if allowed. Therefore, each Event Manager will list when, where and how auctions can be attended or viewed.
How do I register to ‘attend’ the event?2.
Great question! The registration instructions for the Event of your choice should be listed under the event of choice with the CTA – Register Now
Do I have to enter my credit card information when I register?3.
Great question! Currently, TLMC does not allow auction tickets to be purchased via the TLMC platform itself. Therefore, a paid event may require some form of online payment to the Vendor/Event’s account via an external link.
How do I bid on auction event?4.
Great question! TLMC does not currently accept “bids” via this platform. However, you may contact the Events Manager of the Event of interest directly for more information about the bidding process.
I cannot attend the event, can I get a refund?5.
Great question! Firstly, we recommend that you thoroughly read the event rules and regulations, particularly the “Refunds Policy” section before making any purchases. Secondly, here at TLMC we value our Club Cubs, unfortunately though, because we do not actually process the event ticket payments we are unable to assist in the refund process.
